Research Opportunities
UNC Charlotte served as a catalyst for the development of University Research Park, the nation's sixth largest university affiliated research park with 15,000 employees and a number of large firms including AT&T, IBM, American Express, The Wall Street Journal, Duke Power, EDS, Southern Bell, Wachovia Bank, Mitsubishi, First Union, Michelin and Sandoz.
On-Campus research opportunities are available through the Cameron Applied Research Center, the Urban Institute, the Center for Engineering Research and Industrial Development, and the Center for Business and Economic Research.
