BS in Electrical Engineering, Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Emphasis
on solid state devices and microelectronics fabrication.
Experience
John has over 25 years experience in the clean room fabrication of microelectronic
devices and integrated circuits. He has worked on various devices
including schottky diodes, BJT and FET transistors, solar cells, RF and
microwave transistors and hybrid circuits, and CATV and cellular hybrid
amplifiers. John joined UNC-Charlotte as a research engineer
in July, 1994 with the task of building a microelectronics fabrication
clean room in the Cameron Applied research Center. In November,
